When exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, provided that the customer was informed of this obligation before purchase. If the goods are defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming, reasonable return costs will be borne by the Seller in accordance with applicable law.
In the case of a partial return, the customer will be refunded the price paid for the returned goods. Any adjustment of the original delivery costs will be made in accordance with applicable consumer law and will depend on whether the delivery charge would have been different for the goods retained by the customer.
When ordering goods, in the “Your order” section of the shopping cart the recipient’s name and surname, e-mail address and mobile phone number must be provided for delivery by courier, to an Omniva parcel locker, Latvijas Pasts locker or Latvijas Pasts post office.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods made available at checkout, which may include payment cards, online banking and supported digital payment methods.
You will see your order information immediately after completing your payment – on the website and you will also receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided. If you do not see the order confirmation in your email, check your spam and junk mail folders. If the order information is not there either, contact us via e-mail – info@adult-coloring-pages.net – to verify that your email address is correct.
If the item is temporarily out of stock and we are unable to deliver it within 30 days, or if it is no longer possible to deliver it, we will inform you as soon as possible. If you have already paid for the item, we will offer you a choice of another item of equal value or a refund.
Physical goods
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of physical goods within 14 days from the date on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods. The 14-day period is calculated starting from the following calendar day.
During the withdrawal period, the consumer may handle and inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as would reasonably be possible in a physical store. The consumer may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection. Goods should be returned securely packaged, preferably in the original packaging where reasonably possible.
After notifying us of the decision to withdraw, the consumer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal notice.
Defective or Non-Conforming Goods
If physical goods are defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise do not conform to the contract, the customer is entitled to the remedies available under applicable consumer law. Such remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, as applicable. Necessary return costs for defective or non-conforming goods will be borne by the Seller.
Digital products
Digital coloring books are delivered by immediate access, as a downloadable file and/or online link. The consumer loses the right of withdrawal once the supply of the digital content has begun, provided that, before delivery begins, the consumer has expressly consented to immediate performance, acknowledged that this results in the loss of the right of withdrawal, and has received confirmation of that consent and acknowledgment as required by applicable law.
If digital content is defective, damaged, unreadable, materially different from its description, or otherwise non-conforming, the customer may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, refund or other remedies available under applicable consumer law.
Refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. In the case of withdrawal from the purchase of physical goods, reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which the Seller is informed of the consumer’s decision to withdraw. The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received back or the consumer has supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
Where required by applicable law, the Seller will also reimburse the cost of the standard delivery method offered for the original order. Any additional costs resulting from the customer choosing a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery option offered by the Seller will not be reimbursed.
Prices displayed on adult-coloring-pages.net include VAT where applicable. SIA InkEvolution is registered for VAT in Latvia, and the standard Latvian VAT rate is 21%. The final price payable, including applicable VAT and delivery charges, will be displayed before the order is completed.
For deliveries within the European Union, no customs duties are generally payable.
For physical products shipped to destinations outside the European Union, the shipment may be subject to import duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees or other charges imposed by the authorities of the destination country.
Any such import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees or similar charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise required by applicable law. Customers are responsible for providing any information or documents reasonably required for customs clearance.
As customs rules and charges vary between countries, customers are advised to check the applicable rules in their destination country before placing an order.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
Where applicable consumer law provides the customer with more favourable rights than those stated in this policy, those mandatory rights shall prevail.
