If the goods are returned within the 14-day withdrawal period, the buyer shall bear the return delivery costs, except in cases where the goods are damaged, of poor quality or do not correspond to the order. In such cases, the return costs shall be borne by the seller.
If the order contains several items and only some of them are returned, the refund will only cover the value of the returned goods, excluding the original delivery costs. If the returned part was the only reason for free delivery, the delivery costs may be deducted from the refundable amount.
When ordering goods, in the “Your order” section of the shopping cart the recipient’s name and surname, e-mail address and mobile phone number must be provided for delivery by courier, to an Omniva parcel locker, Latvijas Pasts locker or Latvijas Pasts post office.
Payment for purchases must be made according to the selected payment method: by payment card, internet bank, or PayPal.
You will see your order information immediately after completing your payment – on the website and you will also receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided. If the item is temporarily out of stock and we are unable to deliver it within 30 days, or if it is no longer possible to deliver it, we will inform you as soon as possible. If you have already paid for the item, we will offer you a choice of another item of equal value or a refund.

In the event that the item does not match the order or is found to be defective, the following options are available: exchange the item, choose another item for the amount paid, or receive a refund.
Digital products
Digital coloring books are delivered in the form of immediate access, as a downloadable file and/or online link. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content, as the consumer has explicitly consented to the immediate delivery of digital content and has confirmed that they forfeit their right of withdrawal once delivery has commenced.
Refunds will only be issued in the event that the file is damaged or unreadable, and there is clear evidence of this damage. Alternatively, a refund may be granted if the delivered content significantly deviates from the product description or images provided.
The money will be refunded to the same account from which the payment was made, no later than 14 days from the moment the seller receives the returned item and verifies that it complies with the terms and conditions.
All prices in the adult-coloring-pages.net online store are listed in the selected currency and include 21% VAT. For shipments delivered outside the European Union, we indicate the full value of the goods and the delivery fee paid by the buyer in the accompanying documents.
When receiving a shipment from our store, no additional taxes are payable within the European Union. Shipments may be subject to taxes in countries outside the EU.
